Did you know, when buying new zinc for your roof, you need to understand the following:

The zinc contains a grease protective layer, which must be cleaned with galvanised cleaner. You need to repeat this process until substrate is water break free. Rinse off well with water and wait for zinc roof to dry. Now prime the clean degreased metal with Paint master Water Based Metal Primer, one coat is sufficient. If you stay at the coast, it is best to apply 2 coats of Metal Primer. Only use a brush and not a roller. The Primer will take 2 to 3 hours to hard dry. The spreading rate is approximately 7 m2 per litre. Only after this preparation has been done, the paint work can start. Apply 2 coats of Paint master Roof Master. Wait for each coat to dry properly. Roof Master will touch dry in approximately 1 hour and hard dry in approximately 4 to 6 hours. The spreading rate is between 8 and 10 m2 per litre. You can use a brush or roller to paint the Roof Master. Enjoy your painting...
